This session helps to clear blockages in the body's chakras, which are the energy centers responsible for physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. During the session, we'll assess your energy and determine which of your chakras need healing. We'll then use a combination of meditation and energy work to help you achieve a more balanced state of being.
